I can see dead people... T.T

I staied in Jail Hostel in Ottawa for a few days.
There's a rumor that the ghost of Patrick Whelan is believed to haunt this Jail Hostel.

Take a look at this article below that the Eyewitness said.

"I was showing a group of teens the spot where
Patrick Whelan was buried in the jail's yard, which is now the hostel's parking. Two of the teenages boys began to hoot and howl and jump up and down on Whelan's grave. Their teacher told them to stop being disrespectful. They didn't stop laughing until their noses began to bleed."
